i have told everyone that i have only slept with 3 guys when really its 7. I dont want anyone to judge me.

My ex boyfriend and I broke up almost two whole months ago. He has moved on and has a girlfriend who he's basically in love with or says he is and i'm happy for him but it kills me. I really loved him and i think of him all the time and I had a boyfriend but i broke up with him because all I did was think of my ex. I don't know what to do, I would talk to my friends but sometimes i feel like they won't even care so theres no point anyways.
